Liner and concrete: depreciation and exceptions.
Prorated limited 25-year warranty
- 10% depreciation on each of the next 5 years.
- After 5 years, the liner carries only a 50% warranty.
- After 10 years, expect to pay $2,500 to $4,000 to replace the liner
Exception to the warranty:
- The warranty applies only to tears at the welded seams.
- Any unfortunate incident, which often happens quickly and causes considerable damage, will not be covered (such as animals in the pool, patio furniture or parasols tossed by gusts of wind, etc.)
