General terms and conditions

Payment

• Payment will be taken within 72 business hours of receiving the registration form.
• A credit card must be included with your registration, even if you have a credit or a freebie on file.

In the event that :

• the items were not left available to our team, a fee will be charged according to the items provided by our team. ($20 (plus taxes) per jet / $20 (plus taxes) for the skimmer basket / $50 (plus taxes) for the skimmer bottom valve).
• if the site is not accessible to our team, a fee of $95 plus taxes will be charged for the team’s travel,
• if you cancel the appointment with less than 7 days notice from the date of passage of the team, the totality of the expenses will not be refundable.

Choice of service periods desired:

Fibro will make every effort to perform the needed service according to desired time periods but will not assume any responsibility for proposed appointment date choices.

Our schedules will begin with the spring thaw. The basin must be mostly thawed for us to perform the service.

Eligibility for service

Service available for Fibro pools only.

The address of the service must be within a 140 km radius of our branch at 1456 Jaffa Street, Laval.

Included

• Reinstallation of the various components of the filtration system removed during the closing.
• Shock treatment
• Removal of the customer’s closure kit (plugs / gizzmo)
• Start-up of the pool (priming the pump)
• Verification of the system and adjustments if needed.

*** The mandate of our technicians is to perform the opening service we ask you to respect our request not to film our employees during the service.

Excluded

• Cleaning of the pool (removal of leaves, vacuuming). If necessary, to facilitate your future maintenance, we encourage you to use your vacuum and remove leaves, debris or other before the passage of our team, in the closed pool.
• Removal of the liner or the leaf net.
• Any additional fees related to the repair, replacement or addition of equipment.
• Additional charges will apply to any extra service rendered such as pump seal replacement, etc.
• If applicable, the cost of the parts to be replaced.
